Is the site to be product-oriented, service-oriented, or
informational ? Who
is the competition ? What features are enticing about a
competitor's website ? What is customers mission statement,
slogan or image currently conveyed in other marketing efforts,
and how should these characteristics be applied to the website ?
Finally, what level of "updates" will the site require ?
Does the customer want to assume responsibility for future
changes, or do they contract Cimplicity to do this, and if so at
what interval is maintenance anticipated ?
