Design
Proposal
Cimplicity
prepares and submits a Website Design Proposal to the customer
based upon the "Needs Analysis" phase of the process.
Included in the proposal is a suggested site outline showing a
preliminary navigation structure and layout of the site.

A preliminary quotation is included in
the proposal. The quotation contains the estimated cost for the
design, payment terms, and an estimate on the time to complete the
website design project. If the customer has expressed an interest
in website maintenance, a line-item for maintenance is included.
Website
Design
Upon acceptance of the quotation,
Cimplicity begins the website design project.

A Cimplicity web designer "immerses" him/her self into
the customer goals / mission and begins to develop the initial
site design for customer. A graphical theme, primary navigation,
and sub-navigation concept is prototyped by the Cimplicity
designer and presented to the customer for approval.

When the website design is approved and concepts are transformed
to reality, the website shapes up quickly...Graphics are optimized
for quick-loading, hidden meta-tags are added for the
search-engines, and the site content is crafted for the best
possible presentation to the site visitor.

Content
Publishing
Customer website is published to WWW.
Cimplicity copies entire website to the customers
"domain" location. In the event that a customer has an
existing website, Cimplicity takes the precaution of making a
"backup" of customer site before publishing new content.
Should similar page names exist, or if existing web pages become
obsolete, Cimplicity makes sure to update the appropriate site
"spider page index" to force an accurate indexing of the
new site rather than the old...
Search
Engine Promotion
Cimplicity promotes customer home-page to search-engines. No less
than 1,000 search engines are contacted during this promotion.
This is a one-time promotion, customer may have continuous promotion
with a maintenance agreement...
